All of our knickers are made to order.
Please note that all knickers and items are made by hand to excellent quality and to order which
is why we ask you to allow us time to make and deliver. We can do made to measure if you prefer,
just e-mail us and we can arrange this for you. Please note that refunds will not be offered if the
garment has been worn. If you have a problem with something we have made for you, it must be
returned to us in brand new condition. We will then offer you a a replacement or refund. If you have measured
incorrectly then we may charge a 20% handling fee at our discretion.
